Changelog
The Changelog is a project timeline built from action-item lifecycle, implementation summaries, commits, deployments, and verification evidence. Eligibility is determined by the server's current devspec://product/implementation-contract; this page does not hardcode a separate client-side completion route.
Depending on project configuration, recorded acceptance evidence may promote lifecycle mechanically, while explicitly authorized human verification remains a separate path. The Changelog displays the resulting authoritative state rather than deriving completion from an agent badge or client-side rule.
Accessing and filtering
Open a project and select Changelog. Use date presets to narrow the timeline. The dashboard card summarizes recent eligible entries.
What each entry shows
- item type and title;
- implementation/completion summary;
- acceptance and verification evidence;
- commit references and deployment history;
- implementation requester/agent attribution where available;
- assignees for planning/visibility; and
- related follow-ups.
Assignees do not indicate that work was delivered to an agent. Action-item implementation begins from an explicit request; an exact conversation command is server-authorized for its owner/delegated target, then the agent calls reserve_work_items and claim_work_item. Internal reservation rows, controls, and automations remain separate.
Creating follow-ups
Use Create follow-up to record additional scope linked to the original work. Creating the item does not send it anywhere. A user explicitly invokes implementation for that follow-up, after which the addressed agent reserves and claims it under the served contract.
